At Uptown Dallas Counseling, we use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model to develop a treatment plan that is unique to each client. Each person’s treatment will focus on their individual needs and problem lists. At times, we will incorporate other approaches to counseling into the CBT framework. These techniques may include Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment, or Family Systems therapy.
